Bethel of Shoreline Lutheran Church (Seattle, Wash.)
With the rapid growth of the Northern Seattle area, the Home Mission Department of the former Evalgelical Lutheran Church established this congregation, afnd services were held in Ridgecrest Elementary School. In the spring of 1950, a call was extended to Dr. Carl O. Pederson. The church was erected and dedicated on November 8, 1951. By 1959, there were 1400 members in the congregation, and a new building was erected and dedicated on December 20, 1959. The youth and education building was completed in July of 1964. (New Partners.
