Eilertsen, Dorothy
Eilertsen was born in San Francisco. She served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Bulgaria, where her interest in foreign foods began. She met and married her husband, Mark, shortly after returning from her mission. Eilertsen attended Brigham Young University as an English major.
