Bruce MacDonald was of the Class of 1950.

The Algonquin Lodge cooperative house was organized in 1939 as an offshoot of Cayuga Lodge, which had started in 1933 as the first of the co-ops for Cornell students. Although Algonquin Lodge was originally only for male students, it accepting women in March 1970. City of Ithaca records indicate that the property was sold by the Algonquin Lodge Association, Inc. in 2000.
