Merrifield, George.
George Merrifield was a cabinetmaker in Albany, N.Y. From 1814 to 1822, he was associated with the firm, Merrifield & Clark. From 1823 to 1830 he was in business with a James Merrifield in the firm, J. & G. Merrifield. By 1831, Merrifield had set up his own shop, located on Washington St. in Albany.
