Pennsylvania State University. Capitol Campus. Office of Registrar
The Penn State Capitol Campus opened in 1966, with its first class of 18 undergraduates and 165 graduate students beginning that September. It was renamed The Pennsylvania State University at Harrisburg--The Capital College in 1986.
