Smith Canal and Ditch Company (Denver City, Colo.)
Incorporated Aug. 3, 1870 in Denver City, Colorado Territory; its purpose was to divert water from the Platte River in Arapahoe county to west Denver. Officers: John W. Smith, Henry Schroder, Henry S. Smith, John Kernan Mullen, and J. W. Richards.
