Nesbert, Vincent, 1898-1976.
Vincent Nesbert, a prominent Pittsburgh artist of Polish descent, taught for many years at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and the Carnegie Institute. He painted the three murals at the Allegheny County Courthouse during the 1930s.
