Forrester, George B., 1836-1906
George B. Forrester (1836-1906) was a Brooklyn businessman who was active in the Baptist community. He was Moderator of the Long Island Baptist Association, Secretary of the Baptist Home of Brooklyn, and Senior Deacon of the Tabernacle Baptist Church. Forrester was also a member of the Brooklyn Freemasons' Altair Lodge No. 601, and the Grand Army of the Republic U.S. Grant Post No. 327.
