McParlin, Thomas A. (Thomas Andrew), 1825-1897.

McParlin was an Army surgeon sent to Mexico just after the Mexican War, and later assigned to New Mexico (circa 1850-1852). He moved to Texas sometime in 1852 or 1853, and married Alida Yates Leavenworth Roca in 1858. After the Civil War he lived in California. William McParlin of Annapolis was his brother.
