Seed, Walter D. (Walter Dudley), 1864-1932.
Walter D. Seed, Sr. was born in Tuscaloosa, Ala. From 1896 to 1900 he served as Tuscaloosa County Treasurer. In 1906 he was elected Alabama State Treasurer and served as Alabama's Lieutenant Governor from 1910 to 1914.
