Buchanan, Wiley T.
Variant namesWiley Thomas Buchanan, Jr., (1914-1986) was the U.S. Ambassador to Luxembourg from 1955 to 1957. He was later appointed the U.S. Chief of Protocol in Washington, D.C., and served as the U.S. Ambassador to Austria from 1975 to 1977.
