Collector of trade union materials. In 1970-73, Andrew Reeves was an undergraduate at the University of Melbourne and in 1974-75 attended La Trobe University. During this time he assembled a large collection of pamphlets and broadsheets. In 1976-83 Reeves worked as an archivist at the University of Melbourne Archives where he was responsible for the development of the trade union and labour movement collection. In 1987 Reeves was the Deputy Director, Division of Human Studies, Museum of Victoria.
