Conner, Henry Workman, 1867-1938.
Charleston, S.C. lawyer and businessman. A member of several social and cultural organizations, Conner was also chairman of the Charleston County Democratic Executive Committee and served as a vestryman of St. Michael's Episcopal Church. The son of Gen. James Conner (1829-1883), he married Anna Morris Vanderhorst (b. 1867) in 1897.
