Patterson was a congressman from California from 1945 to 1947, and ran unsuccessfully for the senate in 1946. Harvey was the chairman and Brown the co-chairman of the State Finance Committee in California. Shipley was in the Passport Division of the State Department. Post worked at Prudential Pictures, Hollywood, Calif.
