The Town and Village of Greenwich Collection has been assembled over many years by various Washington County Historians, among whom were Susan E. Wade, 1940-1955; Molly McMorris, 1956-1968; Mildred Southard, 1969-1987; Doris McEachron, 1987-1997; Joseph A. Cutshall-King, 1998-2003. The arrangement and description of the collection has been an on-going process. Jane Haverley and Sheldon B. Gill were Town of Greenwich historians.
