Sourdough Air Transport.
Sourdough Air Transport, a partnership between Anton R. and Dorothy V. Johansen, was a non-scheduled air carrier with passenger and freight operations in Alaska from 1947 to 1962. Its main base of operations was Boeing Field, Seattle, Washington. The company was forced out of business in 1962 when the Civil Aeronautics Board declined to renew its registration.
