No biographical information on Henry M. Buckley is available. Alexander Perry Solomon, Sr. (fl. 1869-1932) was a stationer, printer, and wholesale paper dealer in Savannah, Georgia, during the 1880s. He later became president and treasurer of the Tybee Artesian Water, Ice, and Lighting Co. at Lovell's Station on Tybee Island. He owned a significant amount of residential and commercial real estate rental properties in Savannah and Tybee Island. He was a member of several organizations, including the Amphion Mandolin and Guitar Club, the country Club of Savannah, the English Speaking Union, the Jewish Education Alliance, and Congregation Mickve Israel. He also held several offices, including the Board of Directors for the Savannah Audubon Society, president of the YMHA in 1894, and a foreman of the June 1926 term superior court grand jury. His residence was at Liberty hall, on the Isle of Hope; he also had a country home called Wellesley Manor on Grimble Point. His parents were Henry and Sarah Alexander Solomon; sisters Georgia B. Oppenheimer of Savannah, Mrs. Adolph Berg, and Mrs. Fred A. Davis of New York; and brother, Fred Solomon of Savannah. His wife was Carrie Solmon, their daughter was Mrs. I.H. Friedman of Mt. Vernon, N.Y., and their son was Alexander Perry Solomon, Jr. Alexander Perry Solomon, Jr. (fl. 1905-1906) operated a building and repair company called Tybee Contracting Co., on Tybee Island. In 1956, he was the owner of Sea Coast Building Supply Co. at 2nd and Butler Avenue, Savannah Beach. He was also the Chief of the Savannah Beach Fire Department. His first wife, Mary R. Solomon, died on August 20, 1921; his second wife was Blanche Solomon. He had a son named Edmund Solomon and a daughter named Anne Solomon.
