Heath, Herman H. d. 1874,
Secretary of New Mexico Territory from 1867 to 1870, occasionally serving as Acting Governor. José Francisco Chaves was a New Mexico businessman and politician; he served as president of the New Mexico Territorial council for eight sessions, then as Territorial delegate to Congress for three sessions.
