Aronow, Abe.

Abe Aronow lives in the San Francisco Bay Area, and has focused his work on portraiture of photographers, artists, authors, musicians, scholars, scientists, physicians, and other people he admires. Approximately two-thirds of these 185 prints are of unnamed people in the "street, " interesting to see in their own surroundings. His portraits of well-known personalities usually focus on their face.
