Henry S. Parker was train master at Cheyenne Depot (also known as Camp Carlin), Wyoming, from around 1867-1890. He was a friend of William F. Cody (Buffalo Bill), with whom he had served at Ft. McPherson.

Henry Parker was Shire Clerk of Granville and Tinuana, engineer of roads of the Shire of Granville, 1910-11, an insurance agent, clerk for the Joint Board of the United Municipality of Maryborough, Granville, 1911, and clerk of the Divisional Board, Maryborough, 1911-12.
