Ivy William Duggan (1897- ) was a professor of agricultural education at Clemson University from 1926-1930 and Mississippi State College from 1930-1934 before working as an agricultural economist for the Agricultural Adjustment Administration from 1934-1943. From 1943-1953 he was Governor of the Farm Credit Administration and also served as an agricultural attache to the U.S. Embassy in Spain from 1961-1964.
