Swallow & Ariell Ltd
Biscuit manufacturers, established Port Melbourne 1858 by Thomas Swallow. He was joined by J.H. Ariell in 1863, who was succeeded by F.T. Derham (later M.L.A. and P.M.G.) in 1877. The Derham family have supplied the Managing Director since that date.
