New Westminster Southern Railway Company.
The railway was incorporated in 1887 and built a railway line from Brownsville to the international boundary (24 miles). In 1898 control of the line was acquired by the Seattle and Montana Railroad Company, a GN subsidiary, and in 1907 the line was sold to GN. All remaining assets were transferred to GN in 1924.
