MacMillan, Donald, 1932-
Donald MacMillan was born in Butte, Montana, on February 17, 1932, the son of Leonard and Margaret MacMillan. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He received a PhD in history from the University of Montana, and served on the faculty there for many years. He died in Helena of Lou Gehrig's Disease on November 18, 1996.
