Arnold family.
Edward H. Arnold (b. 1897) and his wife Catherine L. Arnold (b. 1896) were active in New Orleans local politics on the grass-roots level.
The couple was also involved as partners in Vieux Carre Restorations, Inc., a firm that dealt in the purchase and restoration of substandard properties in the French Quarter of New Orleans.
