Elliot, A. F.
Surgeon Major A. F. Elliot M.R.C.S was a physician who served with the 2nd West India Regiment in West Africa. Elliot also served as Justice of the Peace on Bulama (Bolama) Island during his tour of duty there from 1866 to 1867. He resided in Exeter, Devonshire.
