Small, William Arden, 1894-1975.
Newspaper publisher; purchased the Tucson Daily Citizen, along with William H. Johnson, in 1936. They ran the newspaper for fourteen years. In 1950, Johnson retired and Small continued to published the Citizen until his retirement in 1966.
