Cupelli, Alberto, b. 1905.

Alberto Cupelli (b. 1905) was born at Cosenza, Italy, the son of Decimino and Rosina (Spena) Cupelli. He came to the United States in 1932 and was naturalized in 1944. Cupelli was the Italian consular agent in New Haven, Connecticut and an associate editor of Il Mondo in New York. He was active in the Italian anti-fascist movement in the United States and was co-author of Gli Italiani in New York.
