Carol Riegelman Lubin was a consultant for a number of social welfare organizations concerned with women, children, housing, and unemployment. She represented the International Federation of Settlements and Neighbourhood Centres at the United Nations, and served on the professional staff of the International Labour Organisation in a variety of positions from 1935 to 1952.
