Collins, E. Harry (Earl Harry), 1889-1972
Variant namesE. Harry Collins was a consulting engineer for the Washington Water Power Company of Spokane. He had an avid interest in the history of the Pacific Northwest and was an active member of the Wranglers and the Spokane Corral of the Westerners.
