Rose Hirschler received her M.D. in 1899 from the Woman's Medical College of Pennsylvania, where she later served as Professor of Dermatology. She was a staff physician at Woman's Hospital of Philadelphia and a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and Syphilology and the American Medical Association. Hirschler died in Philadelphia on 26 July 1940.
