Washington and Columbia River Railway Company
Incorporated in 1892 under the laws of Washington State, the company operated a line fro Dayton (Wash.) to Pendleton (Ore.) along with several other branch lines. Though it leased a line from Pasco to Wallula (Wash.), it owned 32 miles of right of way between Riverside and Covello (Wash.), for a branch line that was never built. The comany was deeded to NP in 1907.
