Nancy Bush Ellis (1926-) was born on February 4, 1926, the only daughter of Prescott S. Bush (later a Republican senator from Connecticut) and Dorothy Walker Bush. Her brother, George Bush, was the 41st President of the United States. She graduated from Vassar College. She married Alexander Ellis, Jr. The couple had four children: Alexander Ellis, III; John Prescott Ellis (journalist and media consultant); Josiah Wear Ellis; and Nancy Walker Ellis Black.
