Lyons, Jacob, fl. 1862-1865.
Jacob Lyons (fl. 1862-1865) was a New York, N.Y., cigar maker and English immigrant who served in Virginia with the 71st New York Regiment, 1862-1863, and the 120th New York Regiment, 1864-1865.
