Red River and Manitoba Railroad Company.
The company was incorporated in 1877 and built a rail line from Breckenridge north to Barnesville (40 miles). In 1879 the line and all other company properties were sold to GN's predecessor, the St. Paul, Minneapolis and Manitoba Railway. The latter company pulled up its track in 1890.
