Gay, Frank Butler, 1856-1934.
Frank Butler Gay was the second librarian of the Watkinson Library, Hartford, Conn., from 1891-1934. He was also an official of the Connecticut Historical Society, Wadsworth Atheneum and the Morgan Memorial.
