Pullman Company. Employee and Labor Relations Dept.
After F.L. Simmons' departure in 1935, H.R. Lary assumed responsibility for the company's labor relations functions, serving as Supervisor of Industrial Relations (later Labor Relations). In 1951, F.J. Boeckelman was appointed to a new position, Manager of Employee Relations (later Employee and Labor Relations), supervising the labor relations, personnel, pensions and group insurance, safety and compensation, medicine and sanitation, and special agent departments.
