Eric Wyld Cormack was a mile runner in Scotland in the early 1900s and a class mate of Eric Liddell. In 1922 he emigrated to Canada, graduated from the University of Agriculture in 1925 and worked for the Dept. of Extension. He promoted assistance to the mentally handicapped and their families. He was awarded the order of Canada in 1981. Nicholas Carbonero conducted these interviews as a research project for his degree in physical education.
