Williams, Thomas E.
Variant namesColonel Thomas E. Williams had a Marine Corps career that stretched from 1941-1962. He was in the Pacific during World War II, and then he was assigned to Europe. He assumed his first major Cold War command of the Camp Matthews weapons training regiment in 1956. He was posted to China, Europe, and the Army War College. He was involved in intelligence and worked with the CIA.
