Gaines, Charles. A. (Charles Austin), 1936-
Variant namesCharles Austin Gaines (1936-) attended Tufts University 's Crane Theological School and was ordained into the Universalist ministry at Hardwick, Massachusetts. He served the First Parish in Framingham, Massachusetts (Unitarian Universalist), from 1967 to 1984, and was named its minister emeritus in 1996. Gaines wrote Clarence R. Skinner: Image of a Movement (1961) and Hope and Courage Along the Way (1982).
