Howard, Raymond Crump.

Raymond Crump Howard was born in 1935 at Helena, Mont. to Norman and Dorthy Maxine Howard. He married Charlene Nava in 1980. Dr. Howard has a PhD in Psychology, two masters' degrees in Psychology and Education and a BA in Physical Education and History. He worked various positions in the education field and as a professor at the University of Northern Colorado until moving to San Diego. Dr. Howard retired as a professor at San Diego State University in 1990.
