Talbott & Brother, a Richmond, Va., iron manufacturing firm, was operated by Charles Talbott (1813-1881) and James Madison Talbott (1816- 1880) from the 1840s to about 1870. The firm specialized in the manufacture of steam engines and sawmill apparatus.
