Ruland, Sylvia Norman.
A former speech therapy teacher, Sylvia Norman Ruland has been a free-lance writer since 1976. In 1981 she wrote "The Lion of Redstone," a biography of John Cleveland Osgood, President of the Colorado Fuel & Iron Steel Corporation, and history of the Coalfield Wars of 1913-1914 in Colorado.
