The Central Agency Ltd , selling agents, Glasgow, Scotland was appointed in 1932 as the selling agent of the company for their traced goods, though this appointment was cancelled in 1934. Needlewoman Ltd operated a retail shop on Regent Street, London, England and published the Needlewoman magazine with William Briggs & Co Ltd , transfers and traced needlework manufacturers. In 1934 , an agreement was signed with J & P Coats Ltd , thread manufacturers, Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland and Leach's Publications Ltd concerning the disposal of Needlewoman.
The shop consisted of five departments; Central Agency Goods, Traced and Fancy Goods, Wools, Paper Patterns, Transfers etc, and Baby Linen. In 1934, Associated Thread Sales Ltd, selling agents, Leicester, England, became the sole selling agent for the company's goods, except those sold in their retail shop and the magazine. The company appears to have been dissolved in March 1985 .
