Needlewoman Ltd operated a retail shop on Regent Street, London, England and published the Needlewoman magazine with William Briggs & Co Ltd , transfers and traced needlework manufacturers. In 1934 , an agreement was signed with J & P Coats Ltd , thread manufacturers, Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland and Leach's Publications Ltd concerning the disposal of Needlewoman.
