Newlove, John, 1938-....
Variant namesJohn Newlove was born in Regina June 13, 1938. In 1960's he moved to Vancouver and relocated to Toronto. He was editor at McClelland and Stewart and writer in residence at many institutions, including the University of Toronto. He won the Governor General's Award for poetry.
