Served extensively in the leadership of family life conferences, mental health clinics and the psychology of salesmanship. Author of several books, including four book-of-the-month club selections. Taught at Southern Illinois University (1946-1948), Mississippi College (1948-1951), and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (1951-1960, 1963-), and Howard Payne College (1960-1963).
