Chelan Electric Company.
The company was incorporated in 1906 to take over the properties of the Chelan Water Power Company, consisting of a turboelectric power generating plant on the Chelan River, which it operated during the 1913-1925 period. In 1925 all its properties were conveyed to the Washington Water Power Company, which continued their operation.
