Brainard's Hotel (Boulder, Colo.)
Brainard's Hotel, built in 1874 by Anthony Arnett, was Boulder's leading hotel in the late nineteenth century. It was a two-story brick building located at 1025-27 Pearl St., Boulder, CO. Thomas Corwin Brainard served as proprietor from 1877 to 1884. Originally the Sherman House, then the National House, then Brainard's Hotel or the Brainard Hotel, it was subsequently named the Stillman Hotel, then the Arnett Hotel, then Shannon's Restaurant and Lounge.
