Sibley, Charles Kerr.
Entomologist. Charles Kerr Sibley grew up in Kingston, N.Y. and graduated from Cornell in 1920, receiving Ph.D. in 1925. Around 1913, Sibley's father Robert left the family and never returned. He taught science at John Burroughs School, a private school in St. Louis.
