Baker, William Hoge, 1868-1932.
William Hoge Baker was graduated from Davidson College in 1888. He was a member of the Philanthropic Society. He also attended Whashington and Lee University as a law student. He served as a lawyer, mayor and judge in Jacksonville, Florida.
